We include EVERYTHING that you need to enjoy your special purchase.  The Artisan Arctic Pro comes fully equipped with both the hardware and software to get started right away.  We also include a heavily insulated cover, a stepping stool for entry, and a spa mat for when you’re ready to exit.  We value your purchase, so we will also be sending you a welcome kit with extra gifts for you to fully enjoy your Artisan Arctic Pro. 

A 1-year full warranty is included in the purchase.  If any issues arise within this period, then we will issue a full replacement.  Our products are crafted and constructed with high quality materials and are meant to last.  However, if you’re worried about unforeseeable events then we offer extra warranties that you can add to your purchase to give you peace of mind. 

We worked very diligently to craft a product that you will love.  However, if for some reason you would like to return your purchase, then you are able.  We offer a 30-day return policy from the day of delivery.  Please be advised that additional shipping costs may apply. Once the return is received, then you will be issued a full refund. 

We set our standards very high at Artisan Arctics.  That includes a timely delivery.  We are dedicated to deliver your purchase as fast as we are able.  You can expect that your plunge will arrive on your doorstep 2-3 weeks after placing your purchase. 

We know that sometimes it’s necessary to rearrange our living situation.  That’s why we outfitted the Artisan Arctic Pro with heavy duty wheels at each corner.  This enables you to move your plunge from one area to another, without needing to pull a muscle. 

Everyone has their own preferences, and that is why we designed the Artisan Arctic Pro to accommodate any setting.  The sleek all-in-one design allows you to display your plunge in the corner of a room, or proudly exhibit it on the back patio.  Regardless of what you decide, our product is quiet enough to be indoors and durable enough to be outdoors.

The Artisan Arctic Pro was designed to appear high maintenance, but at the same time to be user friendly and simple.  The plunge can be filled in no time with a hose and drained with the pull of a plug.  The drain is built in so you can change out the water as often as you desire. 

The Arctic Pro is equipped with two filters to ensure that your water is clean. A UV Sanitization feature can also be enabled to circulate the water and filters out additional sediment. We also provide a skimming net and spa brush so that you can address the larger or more stubborn debris. (You can also add chlorine at your discretion if needed.)
